PENDLETON — The medical staff of CHI St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton has announced the 2017 recipients of the Medical Staff of CHI St. Anthony Hospital Human Health Science Scholarships. These scholarships are funded by physicians, surgeons, anesthetists, dentists, and podiatrists practicing at CHI St. Anthony Hospital to support the aspirations of outstanding local area high school graduating seniors who plan to pursue careers in medicine, nursing, and related healthcare occupations.
Five students awarded a $1,500 scholarship are Brooke Lapp, Raylee Lehnert, Abby Rinehart, and Jonathon Wolotira, all of Pendleton High School, and Caiden Marks of Griswold High School.
Seven students awarded a $750 scholarship are Kale’a Broker, Sydney Galloway, Lincoln Johnson, Stephan Machado Jr., Baylie Paul and Jonathan Stuvland, all of Pendleton High School, and Bailey Hillmick of Weston-McEwen High School.
